Heidi Jordan - Licensed Massage Therapist & CEO
Heidi graduated from Irene's Myomassalogy Institute in 1998 and has been practicing Massage Therapy for 25 years. She opened BLU WATER Medi Spa Salon in 2005 with a vision to provide a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere while concentrating on individualized care and excellent customer service. Heidi specializes in chronic pain, post-recovery, and whole-body wellness. All of her sessions are customized by a variety of techniques according to her client's health and specific needs.
Heidi is available Tuesday through Friday.
Amy Gray - Licensed Nail Tech & CEO
Amy Gray currently resides in Charlevoix, MI. She is partners with Heidi in BLU WATER Medi Spa Salon and pops in from time to time. Her vision is to provide our guests with a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere while concentrating on individualized care.
Emily Ann - Production Manager
Emily joined the Blu Water crew in July of 2023 and specializes in graphic design within the spa. Although she is new to the spa, she has big and exciting plans and we could not be more excited to have her. Soon Emily plans on getting her Cosmetology License but until then we can enjoy her warm smiles at the front desk. During her free time, Emily enjoys baking, reading, attending concerts, and hanging out with her cat, Chubbs. Be sure to say hi to Emily next time you're in the spa!
Paula Estes - Executive Manager
Paula has an Associate in Medical Assisting and has loved all her opportunities to work as a Medical Technician, Direct Care, and Medical Office Manager. Her adventures lead her to Blu Water and she could not be more thrilled to put her passion of caring to good use. "I love to care for people, anything to make them happy and make life easier." Paula is a mother of three, a wife, and loves watching movies, exercising, and doing anything crafty!
Steve Favreau - Licensed Massage Therapist
Steve has over 17 years of experience in massage and specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Therapeutic, and Energy Work. He studied at Irene's Myomassology Institute and is certified by the International Massage Federation. Steve's passion is to meet and exceed clients' expectations from their massage while promoting health and wellness. When he is not taking care of his massage clientele, he is coaching girls' softball, spending time with his family and friends, working out, and enjoying sports.
Steve is available Tuesday through Saturday.
Amy Hoydic - Licensed Esthetician & Licensed Massage Therapist
Amy is passionate about skincare and helping her guests to look and feel their best. Amy prides herself on educating her guests on the best skin care regimen for their type and offering many options from peels, to facials, to full body waxing. Her massage specialty is in Swedish Massage and energy work. Her vast knowledge of body mechanics allows her to give completely customized care to all her massage guests.
Amy is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Kayla Kob - Licensed Massage Therapist
Kayla studied massage therapy at the Orion Institute and worked alongside LMT instructors to learn techniques to help cater to each client depending on their individual needs. She specializes in Therapeutic Massage. During her free time, Kayla enjoys training in Jui Jitsu, gardening, canning, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with her family. Massage therapy has been Kayla's passion ever since she noticed how much massage positively helped her father's chronic back pain, and she strives to help others in similar situations.

Katie Vandenbrink - Licensed Cosmetologist
Katie studied at the Michigan College of Beauty and has been a Licensed Cosmetologist since March 2022. She specializes in nails, skin, and hair. She aims to have every client in her chair feel like the most important person in the room. Her hobbies outside of the spa are exploring outdoors, hanging out with family, and spending the most amount of time possible with her world, her daughter.

Jaziray James - Licensed Cosmetologist
Jaziray, aka “Jaz” is a recent cosmetology graduate from Michigan College of Beauty. She specializes in hair services such as braiding, nail services, and skin services. In her free time, she loves hanging out with family, spending time outdoors, and traveling. Her favorite part of being a cosmetologist is seeing her clients happy and confident after their service. She is so excited to be a part of the Blu Water crew and can’t wait to work with you!

Lynn - Esthetician & Lash Technician
Lynn graduated from L'esprit in 2021. Since then she freelanced her lash extension work from home whilst taking care of her son. She specializes in lash services such as her "Wet Look" and "Wispy" eyelash extension sets. Lynn is also currently enrolled in school for Massage Therapy and soon hopes to add that to her list of services! In her free time, she loves DIY projects, working on her Jeep, exercising, and spending time with her son. Her favorite part of being an esthetician is making her clients feel confident and beautiful in their bodies. She is so excited to be a part of the Blu Water crew and can’t wait to meet you!

Jill Maldonado - Nail Technician
Jill graduated from Paul Mitchell The School Great Lakes in 2022. Before graduating she worked reception at Blu Water; later on, taking her place as a Manicurist. She specializes in gel extensions and nail art. In her free time, she loves reading, spending time with family, and playing with her puppies Lola, Max, and Charlie. Her favorite part of being a nail technician is seeing her client's excitement for their nails. She cannot wait to make you happy with your nails!

Riley Orr - Cosmetologist
Riley graduated from Michigan College of Beauty in 2023. She found her passion in skin care after graduation and is excited to help you achieve your skin care and hair goals! In her free time, she loves painting, watching documentaries, spending time with her cat Foxy, and hanging out with her friends. Riley's goal at BLU WATER is to build her clientele's confidence through her esthetician services, making them feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin.

Sarah graduated from Dorsey College with honors where she also received her certification in aromatherapy! In her free time, Sarah loves to mediate, write on a vast amount of topics, and spend her time in nature. Sarah's goal at BLU WATER is to make each of her client's comfortable in a tranquil environment.

Sienna Pokrywki - Esthetician & Lash Technician
Sienna graduated from Michigan College of Beauty and is also certified in Lash Extensions. Sienna loves informing her guests, educating them on taking care of their skin, applying makeup to bring out natural beauty as well as teaching them how to do extreme and creative looks. She truly believes all are beautiful and loves bringing out and enhancing the beauty in each person. Sienna has a heart for others and loves bringing smiles to their faces. When her guest sees the beauty in themselves that she sees, she considers that to be one of the most rewarding parts of what she does.

Sherri studied at the Michigan College of Beauty and has been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 1998. She offers a variety of services: fiberglass enhancements, shellac manicures, natural nail services, spa facials, Hydrafacials, lash lifting and tinting, fibroblasting, micro-blading, waxing, and hair services. Sherri loves being involved in many facets of the beauty industry and considers her time with her guests enjoyable and rewarding. She takes pride in making others feel good about themselves.

Jessica graduated from Douglas J Aveda Institute where she learned a healthy body is a combination of commitment, mind-body connection, and a proper treatment plan. She strives to help people feel their best through relaxation and soft tissue manipulation. Jessica specializes in Swedish, Therapeutic, Trigger Point, and Deep Tissue Massage.

Adney Richards - Licensed Cosmetologist
Adney is one of our cosmetologists here at Blu Water. She started working with us in February of 2021 as a front desk coordinator while attending Michigan College of Beauty. As of October 2021, Adney became a licensed Cosmetologist specializing in blonding and coloring. She is also passionate about natural nail services and enjoys doing nail art. When Adney is not busy making clients feel beautiful, she is coaching cheerleading and spending time with her puppy, Frankie.

Seryn Pezzino - Cosmetologist & Nail Technician
Seryn has been with BLU WATER since 2019. She first started with us as a front desk coordinator while she went to school for cosmetology. Seryn graduated from Michigan College of Beauty in 2020 and is now licensed as a Cosmetologist.
Seryn takes passion in each guest who sits in her chair and focuses on making each client see the beauty within themselves. She makes every person feel comfortable and leaves them smiling from the moment they enter the salon until they leave. When Seryn is not at work, she is on the go with her step-daughter Eliana, and son Enzo.

Jes Ramos - Licensed Cosmetologist & Certified Microblading Artist
Jes is a dedicated and licensed professional who has worked within the cosmetology industry for over 20 years. She is committed to continuing education and learning new skills and techniques to provide the best service and value to her guests possible. Within her wide array of salon services, she specializes in vivid hair color, extensions, and men's grooming. Jes also added microblading to her repertoire in 2019. The goal of every visit with Jes is to help you feel more comfortable, confident, listened to, and like part of a family. Jes focuses on building relationships and providing individualized experiences.

Taiya Himebauch - Certified Reiki Practioner/Spiritual Energy Healer
Taiya has been an intuitive healer since 2012, a wife, baseball and tennis mom, church volunteer, chemical engineer, rock collector, and devoted foot washer. She uses Reiki, Access Consciousness, crystals, stones, and her empathetic impressions of her guests' energy to improve their well-being. She shares her knowledge freely, to bring them healing energy not just during the service, but also includes Taiya's recommendations for her guest to help them improve on their own. Energy healing can leave you centered, relaxed, peaceful, and at ease. It opens areas of diminished energetic flow, including emotional releases such as tears, pain relief, or laughter. She loves connecting with others and assisting them on their healing journey.
