Heidi graduated from Irene's Myomassalogy Institute in 1998 and has been practicing Massage Therapy for 25 years. She opened BLU WATER Medi Spa Salon in 2005 with a vision to provide a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere while concentrating on individualized care and excellent customer service. Heidi specializes in chronic pain, post-recovery, and whole-body wellness. All of her sessions are customized by a variety of techniques according to her client's health and specific needs.

Jen Parkhurst is an experienced Nail Technician who brings talent, precision, and creativity to every service she provides. With many years in the nail industry, Jen is known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to healthy, beautiful nails. She specializes in manicures and pedicures, including Shellac, builder gel, and a wide variety of custom nail services designed to enhance both style and self-care. Jen’s warm personality and dedication to her craft ensure every client enjoys a relaxing, personalized experience from start to finish.
Amy Hoydic - Licensed Medical Esthetician & Licensed Massage Therapist
Amy is passionate about skincare and helping her guests to look and feel their best. Amy prides herself on educating her guests on the best skin care regimen for their type and offering many options from peels, to facials, to full body waxing. Her massage specialty is in Swedish Massage and energy work. Her vast knowledge of body mechanics allows her to give completely customized care to all her massage guests.

As a licensed esthetician and certified medical esthetician, Meg holds over 14 advanced certifications, which allows her to combine medical knowledge with holistic skin care. She believes that educating clients about their skin and how nutrition impacts skin health is key to long-term success. Whether treating pigmentation, adult acne, or premature aging, Meg is committed to providing personalized care and the best products for her clients.
Outside of work, Meg enjoys activities like softball, bowling, dance, and has been an active member of the choir & creative arts ministries through her church for over 15 years. She’s passionate about restorative skincare and aging prevention, and she’s ready to help you achieve your best skin!

As she begins her journey in esthetics and eyelash services, Mariah is excited to grow her skills and help clients look and feel their best. Whether she’s greeting you with a warm smile at the front desk or perfecting your lashes, Mariah is dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional experience every step of the way.

Cara - Licensed Cosmetologist

With over 12 years of experience behind the chair, Cara is a passionate cosmetologist specializing in hair color and extensions at Blu Water. She offers a range of services including haircuts, styling, corrective color, vivid color, gray blending, and both l-tip and beaded weft extensions.

Cara believes that transforming hair can significantly enhance a person's confidence and overall well-being. She takes pride in understanding her client's unique needs and has dedicated her career to mastering safe and effective techniques that deliver stunning results. With certifications from Pravana Vivids, Klix Extensions, Bellami Pro, Keratin Complex, and Brazillian Blowout, she is committed to providing top-tier services tailored to each individual's style.

Outside of work, Cara is a devoted mother of four, a singer and songwriter, and enjoys hiking with her dog. Her love for her craft and her clients is at the heart of everything she does. celebrating individuality and self-expression through beauty. Cara has also lent her expertise to Mens New York Fashion Week and has been a stylist for Paul Mitchell product launches in NYC.​

Sarah's goal at BLU WATER is to make each of her client's comfortable in a tranquil environment.

Natalie Kipp - Licensed Massage Therapist

Natalie is a licensed massage therapist specializing in Swedish massage and myofascial release. Her professional approach emphasizes creating a relaxing environment where clients can reconnect with their bodies and enhance their overall well-being. With a strong commitment to her craft, Natalie aims to increase awareness of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit through her therapeutic practices.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Natalie is devoted to her one-year-old son and actively engages with students at her massage therapy school, demonstrating the transformative benefits of massage. She is passionate about integrating various holistic practices into her work, including yoga and sound bowl therapy, to foster a sense of physical and emotional wellness.
Natalie is available for appointments from Tuesday to Friday, as well as every other Saturday.

Melissa offers a range of services including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping, sports, and prenatal massages. Known for her personalized approach, Melissa communicates closely with clients to understand their needs and goals. She tailors each massage session to achieve desired results, ensuring a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience. With a background being a professional Oil and Acrylic Artist, Kaila brings an artistic perspective to her future nail services—specializing in sculpting, detailed designs, and nail extensions that reflect your inner beauty. Kaila is working passionately towards her requirements to offer future services such as Luminary Nail Systems, Builder Gel, Gel X extensions, intricate Nail Art, Shellac manicures, as well as traditional manicures and pedicures. Beyond beauty, Kaila is a certified Reiki Healing Practitioner and Teacher, with a deep belief in the connection between self-care and holistic wellness. Sherri studied at the Michigan College of Beauty and has been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 1998. She offers a variety of services: fiberglass enhancements, shellac manicures, natural nail services, spa facials, Hydrafacials, lash lifting and tinting, fibroblasting, micro-blading, waxing, and hair services. Sherri loves being involved in many facets of the beauty industry and considers her time with her guests enjoyable and rewarding. She takes pride in making others feel good about themselves.

Sienna graduated from Michigan College of Beauty and is also certified in Lash Extensions. Sienna loves informing her guests, educating them on taking care of their skin, applying makeup to bring out natural beauty as well as teaching them how to do extreme and creative looks. She truly believes all are beautiful and loves bringing out and enhancing the beauty in each person. Sienna has a heart for others and loves bringing smiles to their faces. When her guest sees the beauty in themselves that she sees, she considers that to be one of the most rewarding parts of what she does.

Katie studied at the Michigan College of Beauty and has been a Licensed Cosmetologist since March 2022. She specializes in nails, skin, and hair. She aims to have every client in her chair feel like the most important person in the room. Her hobbies outside of the spa are exploring outdoors, hanging out with family, and spending the most amount of time possible with her world, her daughter.
