HOW TO SPA

We offer the following guidelines to help you enjoy the benefits and pleasures of our spa.

 

ARRIVAL

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment (if you are having a massage or body treatment) to prepare for your service. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes during your spa treatment.  When appropriate, a robe and slippers will be provided.  Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Our therapists are trained to drape a towel or sheet over any part of your body that is not being treated. With all services, there will be a consultation.

CONSIDERATION

The spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the rights of the other spa guests. Leave your cell phone behind. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.  We ask that you leave any valuables or jewelry at home.  BLU WATER Medi Spa Salon is an adult facility. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children are not to enter the spa unless they are receiving a spa or salon service.  All children must be accompanied by an adult during all spa and salon services. These policies enable all spa and salon guests to fully relax and enjoy their time with us.  Please inform guest services when booking your appointment if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other conditions that may affect your visit with us.  All comments need to be reported within one week of service.  BLU WATER does not offer refunds but is always willing to ensure a wonderful experience with our staff.  Any packages purchased on a gift card are valid for 1 year after the purchase date.

After that, the gift card will be honored for purchase value only.

PRICING/PAYMENT

Prices are based on consultation and may vary depending on the experience level of the service provider.

Prices are subject to change.  BLU WATER gladly accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and BLU WATER gift cards.   

 

Blu Water gift cards are a monetary value and can be used for any service or product that BLU WATER offers. Any reservation made does require a credit card or gift card to hold the services.

 

We ask for at least a 12-hour notice when making changes to any scheduled services. For groups of 4 or more, we ask for a 48-hour notice of any changes. BLU WATER does reserve the right to charge a credit card or gift card for any no-show services. 

 

*Any pre-paid or gift credit cards will not be accepted due to strict regulations by the credit card companies.   

 

GRATUITIES

In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gratuities can be processed through our register as cash, check, or charge. Envelopes are provided at the guest service desk.
