How do I get billed for my membership?

At time of purchase, your credit or debit card will be put on file and automatically charged monthly. Membership fees are non-refundable. If the card on file is declined, services and benefits may be suspended until payment is received. Blu Water reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or benefits with written notice. Memberships can be canceled with a 30-day written notice submitted before your next billing date.

Can my friend or family member use my membership?

Services are non-transferable, and may only be used by the member.

Can I combine discounts with my membership?

Credits and benefits cannot be applied toward medical-grade treatments, other discounted services or retail, and discounts are not redeemable with select service providers.

Do my monthly credits roll over?

Depending on the tier of your membership, you are credited one (1) 30, 60, or 90 minute massage per month. If this is not used, it does not roll over into next month.

How can I redeem my 50% off BOGO offer in my Diamond Subscription?

Diamond members receive one BOGO 50% offer per month, which allows them to add a second service at 50% off when booked the same day as their originally scheduled appointment. This benefit cannot be scheduled in advance and must be redeemed on the day of the original service.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any point but will be charged the difference if upgrading your membership. Downgrade adjustments will take effect in the following billing cycle.
