Katie helped me go from long hair to short hair making me feel excited about the dramatic change.
She took her time and worked very patiently on me, making the adjustments as she went along.
She reassured me that it wasn't a problem if I need to come back and go shorter in case I wanted more taken off. Long story short she made me feel comfortable and confident in my new look.

Sherri always goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable (I have multiple medical issues that make it difficult to do things most days). Steve is the best massage therapist I've ever come across. I wish we could clone him!!!
